This notification would involve a digital picture frame. It would be like any other LCD screen picture display, but when it comes time for you to be reminded of something, or offered an idea to surprise someone, the LED's in the frame would blink, thus drawing your attention to it. It would also display either a caption or a direct suggestion as to what you should do with this person. The pictures would be stored within the frame and updated occasionally using the internet. The reminders would be updated over the internet, but would be saved locally so you don't have to be on the internet at all times.
