This notification would involve your cell phone. If selected, your cell phone would ring, and (depending upon the capabilities of your cell phone) you would either get a voice, text, or picture with a message as to what you should remember to do. Above is a screenshot of what would happen if you wanted to have a picture with a caption pop up with either a message that reminds you of the friend, or a specific instruction as to what you should do with this friend / significant other / family member.
